Beach Use Request Form
This form is to be used by OTCC Members to request permission to hold a special event at the OTCC Beach. A special event is any organized gathering (party, picnic, etc.) that involves the use of the beach or surrounding OTCC owned property by 10 or more individuals at any one time. The Board makes every effort to accommodate such requests; however certain information is required in order to make the determination that the planned event will not unfairly deny or compromise the enjoyment of the beach and surroundings by other OTCC club members.
